Dr. Ir. Beh Kooi Ho is an expert in Mechanical and Electrical Services with an illustrious engineering career of 15 years in the Construction and Building Industry. He has vast experience in Mechanical & Piping storage tanks, steel structures, industrial oil, and gas piping, as well as Electrical and Instrumentation in oil & gas (refinery), petrochemicals, power generation, and transmission. Dr. Ir. Beh pursued certification as a Green Building Index Facilitator (GBIF) as he is passionate about helping the industry develop sustainable frameworks and guiding principles while taking into consideration the Economic, Environmental, and Social (EES) risks and opportunities. This goes alongside the financial implications of sustainable development as a measure to generate long term benefits and business continuity. Prior to starting SD Associates Sdn. Bhd. and assuming the position as the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ir. Beh was appointed as the Senior Manager Serba Dinamik Group Berhad, focusing on Project Management for Power Plant, Construction, and Building Industry. Besides that, he is a mentor of the Engineering Competency Development Program for the Institute of Engineer Malaysia and the standing committee for The Institution of Engineer Malaysia on Professional Practice division and Examinations and Qualifications division (Sessions 2020/21).
